What you'll do

As a Software Engineer in the Growth Organization at BitGo, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the first-time user experience for both institutional clients and individuals. Your primary responsibility will be to design and build scalable APIs that support our diverse range of services, including custody, wallets, and trading functionalities. You will take ownership of features from inception through deployment, ensuring that they meet the needs of our users and integrate seamlessly with our existing systems.

You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define the requirements for new features, translating them into technical specifications. Your role will involve writing comprehensive documentation for the functionality you expose to the UI and third-party developers, ensuring clarity and ease of use.

In addition to feature development, you will be responsible for monitoring application performance and responsiveness, proactively identifying areas for improvement. You will engage in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to your peers while also learning from their insights. Your contributions will directly impact the user experience, helping BitGo maintain its position as a leader in the digital asset space.
