Senior Business Systems Analyst, Procure-to-Pay

Who you are

You have strong systems analysis experience, ideally with a background in finance or procurement systems. You are familiar with Coupa and have a proven track record of managing and optimizing systems to enhance operational efficiency. Your analytical skills allow you to gather requirements and translate business needs into effective system designs. You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Procurement, and IT, to deliver scalable solutions. You understand the importance of system stability and are proactive in driving continuous improvement across the Procure-to-Pay lifecycle. You are also adept at creating documentation and delivering training to ensure strong adoption of new systems and processes.

Desirable

Familiarity with SQL and JavaScript is helpful but not required. Experience with other finance tools such as NetSuite and Workato will be advantageous. You are a problem solver who enjoys tackling complex challenges and finding innovative solutions to improve business processes. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to contribute to a growing SaaS organization.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own and support Procure-to-Pay systems and processes at scale, acting as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Coupa P2P. You will partner closely with Procurement and Accounting users to configure and enhance Coupa modules, including requisitioning, purchasing, invoicing, expenses, catalogs, and supplier management. You will design and support integrations between Coupa, NetSuite, and other finance systems, ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will also include building and maintaining automations using Workato and similar tools to reduce manual work and improve productivity. As the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for P2P system issues, you will manage upgrades and provide month-end close support. You will gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into clear system designs, collaborating with engineers and vendors to deliver solutions efficiently.
