What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for validating new product features and ensuring quality across various platforms, including web and mobile. You will proactively test enhancements and integrations, flagging any issues before they impact users. Your contributions will directly influence how shoppers engage with Sezzle's platform, making it more reliable and user-friendly. You will collaborate closely with the Shopper Experience team, focusing on new user activation and shopper retention. This internship will provide you with valuable insights into product management and quality assurance processes, allowing you to develop skills that are essential in the fintech industry.
