Google is seeking a Film and Stage Producer for their Cloud Marketing team to manage creative production across various platforms. You'll work with project management tools and collaborate with cross-functional teams. This role requires 5 years of experience in creative production.
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience and at least 5 years of experience with creative production across platforms such as film, experiential, and broadcast. Your background includes managing production vendors and agencies, where you've successfully negotiated rates and authored statements of work. You are well-versed in project management tools, techniques, and procedures, and have experience with production for creative events. Your expertise extends to leading the development and execution of digital campaigns, including websites, microsites, social media, and mobile applications. You possess a strong understanding of data analytics and are skilled at creating detailed project recaps and reviews. Having worked with or at technology companies, you understand the nuances of experiential event production for physical, keynote, and interactive experiences. As a creative in marketing, you bring visual, design, written, and experiential acumen to Google products and services, presented across all major media, content, channels, and experiences.
In this role, you will work with a deeply cross-functional team and inspire a team of vendor partners by sharing ideas and developing effective solutions to generate multiple concepts supporting all forms of major media. You will be equally comfortable making, rolling up your sleeves to design, mock, write, or prototype, and showing rather than telling. Above all, you will inspire and lead by example, making the most of every opportunity to develop breakthrough projects by monitoring the budget. You will develop a full grasp of the project strategy to provide technical and creative guidance to agencies and stakeholders, ensuring the application of a clear narrative structure into all experiences. Your responsibilities will include originating, streamlining, and delivering processes and documentation for projects, including success metrics, analytics, long-term governance models, and best practices.
At Google, you will be part of a culture that values creativity and innovation. You will have the opportunity to work on high-impact projects that shape the future of marketing in technology. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't match every requirement, as we believe diverse teams build better products. You will enjoy a collaborative work environment where your contributions are valued and recognized. Google offers competitive compensation and benefits, including opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.
