Senior Strategy & Operations Lead, ITPMO

Who you are

You have 8-10 years of experience in technology strategy, PMO leadership, or chief-of-staff roles, ideally within a CIO’s office. You possess strong strategic thinking, communication, and organizational leadership skills, allowing you to effectively partner with senior executives and drive cross-functional impact. Your familiarity with product-centric delivery and agile methodologies enables you to adapt to various operational frameworks. You are a proactive leader who champions operational excellence and standardizes ways of working across teams.

Desirable

Experience in building insights and narratives that inform executive decisions is a plus. You have a track record of orchestrating cross-functional initiatives and ensuring clarity in ownership and risk management. Your ability to evolve IT operating models and deploy standards across agile delivery will set you apart.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead IT strategic planning and governance, driving the definition of IT OKRs and quarterly business reviews to align priorities and track value delivery. You will build insights and recommendations that inform CIO and leadership decisions, including preparing board materials and enterprise updates. Your responsibilities will include coordinating strategic programs that span various IT pillars, ensuring ownership clarity and measurable outcomes. You will also champion operational excellence by standardizing reporting frameworks and collaboration mechanisms across IT.
