What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center, ensuring that repairs are conducted safely and efficiently. You will be responsible for meeting or exceeding inventory production goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Overseeing the day-to-day activities of your assigned team, you will identify strengths and weaknesses, providing coaching and support to help your team members grow. You will engage with your team regularly, fostering an environment of collaboration and continuous improvement. Additionally, you will work closely with other departments to ensure that production targets align with overall company goals.
