Deel is seeking a Customer Onboarding Manager for the Mid-Market segment who is fluent in French. You'll be responsible for guiding customers through the onboarding process and ensuring their success with the platform.
You have experience in customer onboarding and success, ideally within a SaaS environment. Your fluency in French allows you to communicate effectively with a diverse range of clients. You understand the importance of customer satisfaction and are dedicated to helping clients achieve their goals with the platform. You are a proactive problem solver who can anticipate customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
