Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with at least 4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking within the Consumer Electronics, Auto, OEMs, Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries. Your ability to build executive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders is a key strength, and you are fluent in English and Japanese, which is essential for this customer-facing role.
You thrive in collaborative environments and are comfortable working autonomously in dynamic settings. Your investigative skills allow you to assess performance effectively, and you possess excellent communication and influencing skills that enable you to engage with various stakeholders. You understand the unique needs of advertising companies and are dedicated to helping them grow their online presence.
Desirable
Experience managing partnerships and selling digital advertising solutions is preferred, as is familiarity with working in global teams. You have a knack for developing actionable insights to capture opportunities and are adept at navigating complex business landscapes.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own and strengthen executive-level agency relationships through key C-level meetings, quarterly reviews, and speaking engagements. You will engage with internal cross-functional teams across multiple geographies to incubate, launch, improve, and scale new features and user experiences. Your focus will be on maintaining a relentless commitment to customer success, acting as a trusted advisor and engaged seller for Google Customer Solutions.
You will collaborate closely with strategists, analysts, advisers, and support specialists to spot and analyze customer needs and trends, creating and implementing comprehensive business plans. Your role will involve driving user acquisition and activation strategies, ensuring that the unique needs of advertising companies are met effectively.
