Experience in SaaS environments or familiarity with process intelligence technology would be advantageous. A proven track record of supporting customer success initiatives and cultivating foundational accounts across regions is a plus. What you'll do

As a Senior Value Engineer at Celonis, you will collaborate with Global Competency Centers (GCC) in India to support customers through the Adopt and Expand phases of their value journey. Your role will involve identifying customer challenges and determining how Celonis can help them achieve their business objectives. You will also provide support to other regions, including APAC, to establish and cultivate foundational accounts.

Building strong relationships with customers is crucial — you will work to win their trust through your technical expertise and business acumen. Your insights and feedback will be shared with internal Product and Engineering teams to influence product innovation and ensure that customer needs are met effectively. You will create reusable collateral, best practices, and tools within the Global Value Engineering team to enhance customer engagement and success.
