You are comfortable troubleshooting issues and using log management tools such as Datadog to resolve client inquiries efficiently.

What you'll do

As a Solutions Engineer at Notabene, you will play a key role in realizing the company's vision of transforming how money moves in the digital economy. You will create and architect technical solutions that align with clients' objectives while adhering to global and local regulations. Your responsibilities will include providing post-sales L2 technical support, serving as a point of contact for client inquiries, and troubleshooting issues related to API integration. You will work closely with customer success, support, engineering, and product teams to ensure that client needs are met and that solutions are effectively implemented. Your role will involve employing a consultative approach to identify business needs and align them with Notabene's offerings, ensuring that clients receive the highest level of service and support.
