Who you are

You are an experienced enterprise sales professional with a proven track record in selling to large accounts, particularly in the big data and cloud sectors. With a deep understanding of customer needs, you excel at presenting innovative solutions that drive change and enhance customer value. Your ability to compress decision cycles and guide deals forward sets you apart in the competitive landscape of enterprise sales. You have established relationships with key stakeholders, including CIOs and program managers, which you leverage to identify and close new opportunities. Your passion for understanding products in depth allows you to communicate their value effectively to customers and system integrators.

You thrive in a results-driven environment, consistently exceeding activity, pipeline, and revenue targets. Your experience with Salesforce enables you to track customer details meticulously, ensuring that you are always prepared for the next steps in the sales process. You are adept at prioritizing opportunities and applying the right resources to achieve success, both for your accounts and internally at Databricks. You understand the importance of customer satisfaction and strive to ensure that all clients are 100% satisfied with their experience.

Desirable

Experience in the SaaS industry is a plus, as is familiarity with the Databricks enterprise cloud data platform powered by Apache Spark. You are comfortable navigating complex sales cycles and can identify quick wins while managing longer-term opportunities. Your ability to build a territory plan and execute it effectively within the first 90 days demonstrates your strategic thinking and planning skills.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for presenting a comprehensive territory plan within your first 90 days, outlining your strategy for engaging with key accounts in Vietnam. You will meet regularly with CIOs, IT executives, and other important partners to understand their needs and present tailored solutions that align with their business objectives. Your focus will be on closing both new accounts and maintaining existing relationships, ensuring that you are always looking for new opportunities to drive growth.

You will identify and close quick, small wins while also managing longer, more complex sales cycles. Your ability to exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue targets will be critical to your success in this role. You will track all customer details, including use cases, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting in Salesforce, ensuring that you have a clear view of your sales pipeline at all times.

Your solution-based approach to selling will be key as you promote Databricks' enterprise cloud data platform. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure that you are equipped with the necessary resources to meet customer needs and drive satisfaction. Building a plan for success internally at Databricks and externally with your accounts will be essential as you navigate the sales landscape.
