What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Client Acquisition Team at Paytm, focusing on increasing the sale of EDC machines across multiple locations. You will create an inspiring team environment, setting clear goals and delegating tasks effectively. Overseeing day-to-day operations, you will monitor team performance and report on key metrics to ensure targets are met. You will drive the sales strategy in your assigned area, resolving any merchant queries and enhancing overall engagement. Your leadership will involve hiring and building a strong team, recognizing high performance, and encouraging creativity and risk-taking. You will also organize team-building activities to strengthen team dynamics and collaboration.
