BeyondTrust is seeking a Director of Partner Ecosystems for the APAC region to lead and develop a high-impact partner ecosystem strategy. This role requires strong leadership skills and experience in building strategic partnerships across diverse markets.
You have a proven track record in leadership roles, particularly in managing partner ecosystems within the technology or cybersecurity sectors. Your experience spans over 5 years, where you've successfully shaped and executed partner strategies that drive sales and growth objectives. You excel in coaching and mentoring teams, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance. Your ability to cultivate strategic partnerships is complemented by your strong communication skills, enabling you to act as an effective ambassador for your organization.
You understand the complexities of the APAC market and have experience working with various types of partners, including VARs, VADs, and system integrators. Your strategic mindset allows you to align your team's efforts with broader go-to-market priorities, ensuring that everyone is working towards a shared vision of partner-driven growth. You are passionate about continuous learning and development, both for yourself and your team, and you thrive in environments that challenge you to grow.
Experience in cybersecurity or SaaS is a plus, as is familiarity with the latest trends in identity security. You have a knack for data-driven decision-making and can leverage analytics to inform your strategies. Your leadership style is inclusive and empowering, and you are committed to building a diverse and high-performing team.
In this role, you will provide visionary leadership to your team of Partner Managers, guiding them in executing joint business plans and driving partner performance. You will be responsible for shaping the partner ecosystem strategy across the APAC region, ensuring alignment with sales objectives and market demands. Your role will involve regular collaboration with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to ensure that partner initiatives are effectively integrated into the overall business strategy.
You will lead the development of training and enablement programs for partners, ensuring they have the resources and knowledge needed to succeed. Regularly assessing partner performance and identifying areas for improvement will be key to your success. You will also represent BeyondTrust at industry events and conferences, showcasing the value of our partner ecosystem and building relationships with potential partners.
