Who you are

You are a qualified Occupational Nurse with experience in workplace health and safety. You have a strong understanding of medical examinations related to occupational risks and are skilled in providing first aid assistance when necessary. You are detail-oriented and capable of maintaining medical equipment and inventory, ensuring that all standards of service are met. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement in health and safety practices and are comfortable collaborating with various stakeholders, including worker committees and health authorities.

What you'll do

In this role, you will conduct medical examinations to assess workplace risks and ensure the health and safety of employees. You will maintain and calibrate medical equipment, providing first aid assistance as needed. You will review and analyze risk assessments, suggesting improvements to health examination content, vaccinations, and training. You will evaluate sensitive cases related to specific risks and define appropriate measures to address them. Additionally, you will maintain communication with relevant committees and authorities regarding workplace incidents and investigations, providing consultations and support in health and safety matters.
