Who you are

You have a strong background in revenue operations, ideally with 5+ years of experience in optimizing processes across go-to-market teams. You understand the importance of data integrity and system usability, having managed CRM tools in previous roles. Your analytical skills allow you to build and maintain scalable dashboards that support strategic decision-making across departments. You thrive in collaborative environments and are passionate about driving meaningful business impact through operational excellence.

You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to work cross-functionally with leadership in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for process automation, ensuring that all operational tasks are executed efficiently. You are committed to continuous improvement and enjoy taking ownership of your work, always looking for ways to enhance existing systems and processes.

Desirable

Experience with territory planning and forecasting is a plus, as is familiarity with pipeline management. You may have worked on high-impact RevOps projects in the past, showcasing your ability to lead initiatives that drive growth. A background in eCommerce or SaaS environments would be beneficial, as it aligns with Yotpo's mission to enhance customer relationships and drive long-term growth.

What you'll do

As a Revenue Operations Manager at Yotpo, you will be at the core of strategic initiatives that directly influence the company's growth trajectory. You will drive operational excellence by optimizing processes across all go-to-market teams, ensuring that they operate efficiently and effectively. Your role will involve owning the end-to-end management of our CRM and related GTM tools, where you will ensure data integrity and system usability.

You will build and maintain scalable dashboards and reporting frameworks that support strategic decision-making across departments. This will require you to analyze data and present insights that can guide leadership in making informed decisions. You will lead and execute high-impact RevOps projects, including territory planning, forecasting, pipeline management, and process automation, all aimed at enhancing Yotpo's operational capabilities.

You will collaborate closely with various teams, ensuring that all operational processes align with the company's goals. Your ability to communicate effectively will be crucial as you work with leadership to implement changes that drive impact across the business. You will also be responsible for identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions that enhance the overall efficiency of the go-to-market teams.
