Overview

Rubrik is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive bookings growth in new and existing accounts across the Netherlands. You'll focus on acquiring new logos and managing pipeline strategies. This role requires a strong sales background and a relentless approach to achieving sales quotas.

You have a proven track record in sales, ideally with experience in enterprise-level accounts. Desirable

Experience in the tech industry or with data protection solutions is a plus. Familiarity with sales enablement tools and methodologies will help you excel in this role. You are comfortable presenting solutions in complex environments and can articulate the value of your offerings to diverse audiences.

What you'll do

As an Enterprise Account Executive at Rubrik, you will define and execute sales plans for your assigned territory, focusing on both new and existing accounts. You will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities, ensuring that you develop and manage a robust sales pipeline. Your role will involve identifying and closing new opportunities for growth, particularly within mid-enterprise accounts. You will present Rubrik's solutions within complex data center design environments, working closely with Sales Engineers and other team members to co-sell effectively. Daily pipeline generation will be a key part of your responsibilities, and you will be expected to drive results consistently.
