Datadog is seeking a Senior GTM Compensation Partner to build and support the Compensation functions within the People team. You'll collaborate with various teams to drive compensation decisions and strategy for Go To Market functions. This role requires strong advisory skills and a deep understanding of compensation trends.
You have a strong background in compensation strategy and analytics, ideally with experience in a fast-growing tech environment. You understand the intricacies of compensation structures and are skilled at consulting with various stakeholders to influence decisions. Your ability to analyze external data and maintain a competitive job catalog is crucial for this role. You thrive in collaborative settings and value the importance of office culture in driving team success. You are adaptable and can navigate the complexities of a hybrid workplace, ensuring that employee needs are met while aligning with company goals.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with the global business recruiting team to provide real-time compensation advice. You will consult with HR Business Partners, Recruiting, and Managers to influence compensation decisions critical for our Go To Market functions, including sales and marketing. Your expertise will help maintain a competitive and current job catalog for all GTM teams, ensuring that our compensation strategy is market-leading. You will provide regular updates on industry trends and best practices, particularly regarding stock options, to keep our compensation approach competitive. Additionally, you will partner with compensation colleagues to support internal data gathering, modeling, analytics, reporting, and insights, using recruiting intelligence and benchmarking surveys to ensure our compensation approach is scalable and aligned internally.
