Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in technical program management, particularly in areas related to compliance and trust & safety. Your background includes a strong focus on email deliverability, and you have successfully defined and managed anti-abuse programs in previous roles. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to translate complex technical and regulatory requirements into structured programs and clear technical specifications. You thrive in cross-functional environments, collaborating effectively with engineering, product, security, and legal teams to achieve measurable outcomes. You are detail-oriented and have a proven track record of executing large-scale initiatives that require meticulous planning and coordination.

Desirable

Experience in the sales engagement or AI-driven platforms is a plus. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks related to email governance and anti-abuse strategies will set you apart. You are comfortable working in a hybrid environment and can balance remote work with in-office collaboration. What you'll do

In this role, you will own the execution of large-scale, cross-functional initiatives that enhance the trust and safety of Outreach's platform. You will define, build, and manage the anti-abuse program, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and best practices. Your responsibilities will include translating complex requirements into actionable plans, setting clear technical requirements, and measuring the success of implemented strategies. You will work closely with engineering teams to ensure that technical solutions align with compliance needs and that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the process. You will also facilitate regular meetings and updates with cross-functional teams to track progress and address any challenges that arise.
