What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Scrum process for the Telco Team at Paytm, ensuring that Agile methodologies are effectively implemented and followed. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, ensuring that all team members are engaged and contributing to the process. Your analytical skills will be crucial in quantifying team performance and identifying areas for improvement. You will work closely with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize the backlog and ensure that the team is focused on delivering high-value features. You will also coach team members on Agile principles and practices, helping them to understand their roles within the Scrum framework. Your ability to model uncertainty and optimize delivery will be key to navigating challenges and ensuring successful project outcomes. You will be responsible for maintaining transparency and communication across the team and with external stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and creativity.
