What you'll do

As a Growth Operations Associate, you will design and execute growth initiatives aimed at increasing user engagement across the user lifecycle. This includes developing targeted strategies for prospecting, onboarding, activation, retention, and expansion. You will analyze user data to uncover growth opportunities and refine engagement strategies, ensuring that your initiatives are data-driven and effective. Additionally, you will improve engagement processes by identifying inefficiencies in existing practices and implementing best practices tailored to your client segment. Reporting on performance will be a key responsibility, as you will deliver clear and actionable insights to measure the success of your initiatives.
