Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in merchandise planning, with experience in developing line plans and product forecasts. You understand the importance of aligning assortments with financial and strategic plans, ensuring that the right products are available at the right time. Your analytical skills allow you to interpret market feedback and competitive information effectively, supporting business growth through informed decision-making.

You are adept at managing SKU productivity and inventory across various channels, including direct-to-consumer and wholesale. You have a keen eye for pricing strategies, ensuring that product margins align with financial objectives. Your experience in forecasting long lead-time products enables you to collaborate effectively with sourcing partners, ensuring that manufacturing capacities are planned accordingly.

You possess strong reporting and analytical skills, owning sell-thru reporting across all channels and identifying short-term opportunities for improvement. Your ability to collaborate with marketing and sales teams ensures that product marketing aligns with the overall business strategy. You are committed to making a positive impact through your work, supporting initiatives that improve lives and contribute to children's education and well-being.

What you'll do

In this role, you will develop and maintain line plans by collaborating closely with global merchants, ensuring that the EMEA assortment is relevant and aligned with topline financial and strategic plans. You will be responsible for managing SKU productivity, ensuring that planned inventory metrics are achieved for both direct-to-consumer and wholesale channels. Your role will involve pricing the EMEA assortment at the SKU level, ensuring that product margins are in line with financial plans.

You will support the on-top buy process to allow sufficient inventory for in-season orders, managing inventory across channels to maximize sales and minimize product obsolescence. Your analytical skills will be crucial as you own sell-thru reporting across all channels, determining short-term opportunities and making necessary adjustments for future seasons.

Collaboration will be key in this role, as you will work closely with marketing and sales teams to align marketing focus stories with product offerings. You will analyze wholesale bookings and in-season sell-thru, providing insights that drive business decisions. Your ability to validate and report on these metrics will be essential in supporting the overall growth of the business.

What we offer

At TOMS, you will be part of a mission-driven company that is committed to improving lives. We offer opportunities to volunteer with impact partners and community organizations, as well as mental health support through our partnership with OpenUp. You will work in a collaborative environment that values diversity and inclusion, and we encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't match every requirement. Join us in making a difference and supporting children's education, health, and well-being.
