You have a proven track record of leadership in a regional capacity, ideally within the digital advertising or technology sectors. Your experience spans over 10 years, where you've successfully driven performance and growth across diverse markets. You possess strong strategic thinking abilities and are adept at executing complex operations in a multi-country environment. Your interpersonal skills allow you to build and maintain trusted partnerships with global stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration across teams. You thrive in fast-paced settings and are motivated by the opportunity to shape the future of digital advertising.
Experience in digital advertising or a related field is highly desirable. Familiarity with leading platforms such as TikTok, Amazon, and Google will give you an edge in understanding the landscape. A background in managing large teams and cross-functional collaboration will be beneficial as you navigate the complexities of the APAC region.
