What you'll do

As a Senior Systems Engineer at PagerDuty, you will be responsible for architecting and evolving our global network infrastructure. You will design and implement solutions that span our office networks, endpoints, and cloud environments, ensuring they are highly available and performant. Your role will involve collaborating with IT Operations and Security teams to maintain the integrity and security of our systems. You will also own day-to-day operations, troubleshooting issues as they arise and implementing best practices for network management. You will have the opportunity to lead initiatives that enhance our network capabilities and improve user experiences across the organization. Additionally, you will be expected to mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
