You are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a Juris Doctor (JD) degree. You possess strong contract negotiation skills and a solid understanding of commercial law. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with internal stakeholders across various functions. You are comfortable negotiating agreements independently while being responsive to internal clients and managing external expectations. Your attention to detail ensures that all agreements align with current business requirements and regulatory standards.

What you'll do

As an Associate Commercial Counsel at Qualified, you will negotiate customer agreements to facilitate efficient commercial transactions. You will draft and update contract templates to ensure they meet the evolving needs of the business. Your role will involve reviewing and negotiating vendor agreements to mitigate risks and align with internal policies. You will support contract lifecycle management as needed, ensuring that all contracts are managed effectively throughout their duration. Additionally, you will assist the General Counsel in managing corporate governance and compliance matters, contributing to the overall legal strategy of the company.
