What you'll do

In this role, you will manage all logistics operations at the Reading facility, ensuring efficient goods receipt, inventory management, and shipping processes. You will serve as the primary point of contact for shipping logistics companies, negotiating contracts and managing relationships to optimize shipping costs and timelines. Your responsibilities will include preparing export documentation and ensuring compliance with dangerous goods regulations.

You will oversee internal shipping requests and coordinate customer shipments using Freshdesk, ensuring that all logistics functions are executed smoothly. Your role will involve continuous monitoring of logistics performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing best practices to enhance operational efficiency. You will collaborate closely with the VP of Project Delivery to align logistics operations with project mobilization, delivery, and demobilization activities.
