Overview

Netflix is seeking a Marketing Planning & Studio Relations Manager to lead campaign management for Korean titles and Netflix Originals. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize the impact of content in the APAC region.

Who you are

You have a strong background in marketing, ideally with 5+ years of experience in campaign management and strategic planning. You understand the intricacies of content strategy and have a passion for the entertainment industry, particularly in the APAC region. Your ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth will be crucial in this role. You excel in collaboration, working effectively with various teams including marketing, social media, PR, and content planning. You are comfortable navigating complex projects and can communicate insights clearly to stakeholders. Your experience in managing relationships with studios and external partners will enhance your effectiveness in this position.

Desirable

Experience in the entertainment industry or a similar field is a plus. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics will help you succeed in this role. A passion for storytelling and understanding audience engagement will set you apart as a candidate. You are adaptable and open to learning, ready to embrace the challenges of a fast-evolving industry.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for leading campaign management for both Netflix Originals and licensed Korean titles. You will analyze and identify which series and films have the potential to grow the business in the APAC region and beyond. Your insights will guide the creative campaign development process, ensuring that marketing strategies align with content goals. You will collaborate closely with regional partners to execute marketing initiatives that resonate with audiences. Your role will involve acting as a central link between internal teams and external studios, facilitating communication and ensuring that all parties are aligned on campaign objectives. You will also support the development of strategic insights on title and campaign opportunities, helping to maximize the worldwide impact of Netflix's title campaigns.
