You have a proven track record in sales and team leadership, with the ability to create an inspiring team environment that fosters open communication. Your experience includes driving sales initiatives and resolving customer queries effectively. You are skilled in building strong relationships with clients and have a knack for understanding market needs. You possess excellent networking capabilities that enable you to engage with potential clients and drive business growth. You are capable of hiring and developing a team, setting clear goals, and motivating team members to achieve their best performance. You are also adept at monitoring team performance and reporting on key metrics to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for increasing the sale of EDC machines through effective channels to merchants across multiple locations. You will lead the Client Acquisition Team, focusing on identifying, engaging, and onboarding new clients. Your responsibilities will include driving overall engagement of the merchant base and resolving any queries they may have. You will oversee day-to-day operations, delegate tasks, and set deadlines to ensure the team meets its objectives. You will also discover training needs within your team and provide coaching to enhance their skills. Recognizing high performance and rewarding accomplishments will be key to maintaining team morale and productivity. Additionally, you will encourage creativity and risk-taking within the team, suggesting and organizing team-building activities to strengthen collaboration.
