You are a detail-oriented problem solver with a passion for streamlining complex investment operations. You are eager to bring innovation and automation to middle- and back-office workflows, ensuring that customer operations are accurate, timely, and scalable. Your expertise in customer support makes you the go-to expert for managing critical investment operations functions such as reconciliation, performance reporting, and trade capture.

What you'll do

As a Senior Investment Operations Analyst at Ridgeline, you will play a key role in supporting our customers by managing critical investment operations functions. You will be responsible for ensuring that all operations are executed accurately and efficiently, which includes overseeing reconciliation processes, performance reporting, and trade capture. Your analytical skills will be essential in identifying areas for improvement and implementing innovative solutions that enhance operational workflows.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and operational challenges, ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality. By leveraging AI tools, you will help streamline processes and improve the overall customer experience. Your insights will contribute to the evolution of our products, as you work to identify opportunities for automation and process enhancements.

In this role, you will also be involved in account administration, setting up new accounts, and ensuring that all customer operations are scalable and sustainable.
