Carta is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead strategic technology initiatives across business units. This role requires strong program management skills and experience in technology-driven environments.

Who you are

You have a proven track record of managing complex technical programs and initiatives, with at least 5 years of experience in program management within technology-focused organizations. Your ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders is one of your key strengths, allowing you to drive projects to successful completion. You are adept at navigating the challenges of program management, ensuring that all aspects of a project are aligned with business goals and objectives. You possess a strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies, which enables you to effectively collaborate with engineering teams. Your analytical skills allow you to assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies proactively. You are passionate about leveraging technology to solve business problems and improve operational efficiency.

Desirable

Experience in venture capital, private equity, or financial services is a plus, as it will help you understand the unique challenges faced by our clients. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools will enhance your ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A background in software development or engineering will provide you with the technical insight needed to engage with development teams effectively.

What you'll do

As a Senior Technical Program Manager at Carta, you will serve as the program lead for strategic technology initiatives across various business units.
