Honeycomb is seeking a Head of Partnerships and Ecosystem to drive growth through strategic relationships. You'll work at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success. This role requires strong leadership and partnership management skills.
You have extensive experience in partnership management and ecosystem development, ideally within the tech industry. Your background includes leading teams and driving strategic initiatives that translate into measurable business growth. You are passionate about building relationships and understand the importance of collaboration across various departments such as Sales, Marketing, and Product. You thrive in a fully remote environment and are comfortable with the autonomy and accountability that comes with it. You possess strong communication skills and can articulate the value of partnerships to both internal and external stakeholders. You are results-oriented and have a track record of translating strategic relationships into revenue impact.
Experience in the observability or developer tools space is a plus. Familiarity with enterprise sales processes and customer success strategies will help you excel in this role. You are a strategic thinker who can navigate complex ecosystems and identify opportunities for growth. A background in working with well-known tech companies will be beneficial as you engage with partners like HelloFresh, Slack, and Vanguard.
