Qualtrics is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join their PXE Strategy Realization Office. You'll focus on defining and driving the technical cleanup of the Jira environment. This role requires experience in system configuration and data standardization.
You have a strong background in systems architecture and process improvement, with a focus on enhancing team collaboration and efficiency. Your experience includes working with Jira and other project management tools, where you've successfully implemented strategies to streamline workflows and reduce clutter. You understand the importance of standardizing configurations and data to improve overall system performance. You thrive in environments that encourage strategic risks and complex problem-solving, and you are dedicated to serving customers with empathy and connection.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product, UX, and Engineering. Your ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders is a key strength, enabling you to drive initiatives that align with business goals. You are proactive in identifying growth opportunities and are eager to take on challenges that contribute to the success of your team and the organization.
Experience with agile methodologies and familiarity with software development processes would be beneficial. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and driving the technical cleanup of the Jira environment within the PXE Organization at Qualtrics. This involves assessing the current state of the system, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions that enhance usability and efficiency. You will work closely with team members to standardize configurations and data, ensuring that the system supports the organization's goals effectively.
You will collaborate with various stakeholders to gather requirements and understand their needs, translating these into actionable tasks that improve the Jira environment. Your role will also involve training team members on best practices for using Jira, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
As you transition into the role, you will have the opportunity to design and implement new processes that align with the strategic objectives of the PXE Organization. You will be encouraged to take strategic risks and propose innovative solutions that challenge the status quo, contributing to the overall success of the team.
Qualtrics offers a competitive salary range of $141,000 to $202,000 USD, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as life and disability insurance.
