HubSpot is hiring a Senior Data Analyst to provide data-driven insights and operational support for the Customer Success team. You'll leverage your analytical skills and experience with SQL and Power BI to enhance performance and strategic outcomes. This role requires a strong quantitative background and excellent communication skills.
You have a strong academic or professional background with a heavy quantitative and analytical focus — your experience has equipped you to tackle complex data challenges and provide actionable insights. You possess excellent communication and storytelling skills, allowing you to translate data into meaningful insights for cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and Customer Success. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating an ability to pivot quickly as business needs evolve while maintaining a results-oriented mindset. Your passion for data drives you to perform root-cause analyses and provide recommendations that lead to impactful solutions. You are familiar with using AI to elevate analytical standards and enhance project execution without compromising quality.
Experience with advanced analytics tools and methodologies is a plus, as is familiarity with performance management processes and operational excellence metrics. A background in customer success or related fields would be beneficial, as would any experience in collaborating with diverse teams to drive performance improvements.
In this role, you will combine deep data insights with business expertise to deliver comprehensive solutions that tackle critical challenges within the Customer Success organization. You will support weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance analysis, forecasting, and business reviews, ensuring that the management team has the data they need to make informed decisions. You will develop operational excellence metrics and performance management processes that enhance overall efficiency. Responding to business requests, you will compile root cause analyses and solve common issues, driving cross-functional programs and processes to improve performance and productivity. Your analytical skills will be crucial in supporting the Customer Success organization, providing data-driven operational and decision-making support that aligns with strategic objectives.
