What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager for the Observability team at Anyscale, you will lead a group of talented engineers dedicated to building monitoring tools and integrations that enhance the development lifecycle of AI applications. You will oversee the design and implementation of user-facing features, ensuring they meet the needs of our clients and improve their experience with the Anyscale platform.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineering teams to define project scopes and timelines. Your role will involve setting clear objectives for your team, conducting regular performance reviews, and providing mentorship to help team members achieve their professional goals.

You will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of code quality and ensuring that best practices are followed throughout the development process. This includes conducting code reviews, facilitating knowledge sharing sessions, and promoting a culture of continuous learning within the team.

You will also engage with users to gather feedback on existing features and identify opportunities for improvement. Your insights will drive the development of new functionalities that enhance the usability and performance of the Anyscale AI platform.
