Who you are
You have a strong background in digital marketing, particularly in the B2B sector, with a focus on performance metrics and client success. Your experience spans at least 5 years, where you've developed and executed comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive SQLs and customer engagement. You are a T-Shaped Marketer, possessing deep expertise in Paid Media, SEO, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO). Your ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns is complemented by your strong communication skills, allowing you to interface effectively with clients and pitch innovative strategies.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about performance marketing. You understand the nuances of the SaaS marketplace and can tailor marketing strategies to meet the unique needs of B2B clients. Your experience includes managing multiple accounts, ensuring that each campaign not only meets but exceeds performance expectations. You are results-driven and take pride in owning the success of your client portfolio, demonstrating a commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes.
Desirable
Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus, as is familiarity with analytics platforms that help track and measure campaign performance. You will also be tasked with staying ahead of industry trends and best practices, ensuring that your marketing strategies are innovative and effective. This includes conducting market research to identify new opportunities for client growth and developing content that resonates with target audiences. You will collaborate with internal teams to create compelling marketing materials and campaigns that align with client objectives.
