You possess a deep understanding of local culture and business practices, which enables you to effectively localize content for various purposes including product, marketing, and educational guides. Your proficiency in traditional Chinese allows you to proofread and manage content with a focus on consistency and professionalism. You have experience managing relationships with translation firms, overseeing contracts, work schedules, and ensuring the quality of translated outputs. You are adept at updating translation memory and terminology databases, and you understand the importance of reflecting stakeholder and local requirements in translation outputs. You are a strong communicator, capable of collaborating with relevant teams to address local issues and align on solutions. You stay informed about local service trends and support UX and business initiatives accordingly.

What you'll do

In this role, you will utilize your expertise to localize and manage content that is essential for Coupang's product, marketing, and educational materials. You will proofread and ensure the accuracy of traditional Chinese content, maintaining a high standard of professionalism. You will manage and communicate with partnering translation firms, overseeing contracts and work schedules while ensuring that the translated output meets the company's standards.
