Contractor Service Administrator (Facilities)

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage and coordinate various service contracts, including janitorial services, pest control, and landscaping. You will act as the primary liaison between SpaceX and service vendors, ensuring that operational schedules do not disrupt ongoing operations. You will partner with the Purchasing team on the RFP and bid processes for service contracts, ensuring that all contracts are awarded based on quality and efficiency. You will monitor vendor performance and compliance with SpaceX standards, addressing any issues that arise promptly. Your role will also involve managing operational requests and ensuring that tasks requiring vendor support are completed in a timely manner. You will interact with tradesmen and contractors to coordinate maintenance and repairs of facilities support equipment, ensuring that all work is executed to the highest standards.
