Hims & Hers is hiring a Facilities Technician II to provide mid-level support in maintenance operations. You'll work with critical production equipment including HVAC and forklifts. This role requires experience in electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
You have experience as a Facilities Technician, ideally with a focus on maintenance and operations within a warehouse environment. You are skilled in applying predictive and preventive maintenance procedures to ensure the reliability of critical production equipment. Your background includes working with HVAC systems, compressors, and forklifts, and you are comfortable analyzing and troubleshooting issues in electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working under general supervision while also being proactive in communicating maintenance concerns. You understand the importance of safety and efficiency in a production setting and are committed to maintaining high standards.
Experience with warehouse operations and familiarity with various maintenance tools and technologies is a plus. You may have certifications related to HVAC or electrical systems, which would enhance your candidacy. A strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently are also desirable traits.
In this role, you will provide mid-level support to the Operations, Engineering & Maintenance Department. Your primary responsibility will be to apply predictive and preventive maintenance procedures for all critical production equipment in the warehouse, including HVAC systems, compressors, and forklifts. You will analyze and troubleshoot maintenance problems in various areas, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and air compression systems. You will communicate effectively with your supervisor and team members to address maintenance concerns and ensure that all equipment operates efficiently. Your role will involve conducting routine inspections, performing repairs, and documenting maintenance activities to maintain compliance with safety regulations.
