Mainstay Labs Inc. is hiring a Staff Software Engineer to design, build, and ship complex systems in the single family rental industry. You'll work with Python, TypeScript, and React on AWS to create robust features. This role requires experience in full-stack development and a passion for solving complex problems.
You have a strong background in full-stack development, with a focus on building robust and reliable systems. Your experience includes designing and implementing backend systems and user-facing product experiences, ensuring that features are production-ready and scalable. You thrive on solving complex problems and enjoy working closely with customers to gather feedback and iterate on solutions. You have a solid understanding of cloud technologies, particularly AWS, and are comfortable working with modern frameworks such as React and TypeScript. You are also passionate about mentoring other engineers and helping them grow in their careers.
Experience with AI technologies or data-driven applications would be a plus, as Mainstay is an AI native company focused on transforming the real estate industry. Familiarity with agile methodologies and a collaborative mindset will help you succeed in this role.
