You have a strong background in customer success or account management, ideally within the technology sector, and possess the ability to build genuine partnerships with clients. In this role, you will be the strategic partner and trusted advisor to Anthropic's most complex customers, focusing on the Digital Native Business segment. You will help clients understand and utilize the full potential of Claude capabilities, including API, Claude for Enterprise, and Claude Code. Your responsibilities will include developing a deep understanding of each customer's strategic direction and AI vision, ensuring they receive best practices and guidance tailored to their specific needs. You will work closely with the broader account team to support customers as their usage evolves, helping them scale their operations effectively. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for growth within your customer portfolio and driving initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
