Allbirds is seeking a Senior Designer - Content & Growth to shape and scale their visual expression across digital touchpoints. You'll collaborate with creative teams and leverage AI-driven tools to create impactful content. This role requires deep experience in paid media and design.
You have 5+ years of experience in design, particularly in content creation and growth strategies. Your background includes a strong command of AI-driven creative tools, allowing you to innovate and streamline design processes. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with creative directors and marketing teams to align brand goals with performance metrics.
Your expertise in digital design encompasses a variety of formats, including still and motion content. You are adept at capturing real-world content quickly and efficiently, utilizing tools like iPhones for DIY tests and rapid experiments. You understand the nuances of performance marketing and how to create assets that resonate with target audiences across various platforms.
You are comfortable with experimentation and iteration, always seeking to improve your designs based on feedback and analytics. Your ability to leverage digital tools for ideation and prototyping sets you apart, enabling you to work smarter and faster while maintaining high-quality standards.
Experience with performance marketing campaigns and a portfolio that showcases your ability to create engaging digital assets will be a plus. In this role, you will partner with the Creative Director and Art Director to conceptualize and design digital assets for various marketing campaigns. Your work will include creating content for paid social, display, programmatic, and mobile campaigns, ensuring that all designs align with brand and performance goals. You will lead content capture initiatives, producing both polished and scrappy content that reflects the Allbirds brand ethos.
You will leverage AI and digital tools to enhance your design process, focusing on rapid prototyping and iterative design. This will involve collaborating with the Growth Marketing team to ensure that all visual expressions effectively drive user engagement and conversion. You will also be responsible for maintaining a cohesive visual identity across all digital touchpoints, from performance marketing to on-site experiences.
Your role will require you to stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, allowing you to bring fresh ideas to the table. You will be encouraged to experiment with new formats and techniques, contributing to a culture of innovation within the design team.
