What you'll do

As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Relativity, you will play a crucial role in the Stage Manufacturing team, responsible for the build of the Terran R's primary structures. You will collaborate closely with design and engineering teams to ensure that manufacturing processes align with design specifications and quality standards. Your role will involve developing and implementing machining processes that are efficient and effective, contributing to the overall success of the project.

You will lead initiatives to optimize manufacturing workflows, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions that enhance productivity. Your expertise will guide the team in troubleshooting and resolving manufacturing challenges, ensuring that production timelines are met without compromising quality.

In this position, you will also be involved in training and mentoring junior engineers and technicians, sharing your knowledge and experience to foster a culture of continuous improvement. You will participate in cross-functional meetings, providing insights that help shape the direction of manufacturing strategies and practices.
