Fivetran is seeking a German Speaking Business Development Representative to drive opportunities in the DACH market. You'll collaborate with Account Executives and utilize tools like Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. This is a full-time remote position based in Germany.
You are a motivated individual fluent in German, eager to engage with enterprise clients in the DACH market. You have a knack for outbound calling and video prospecting, and you thrive on crafting compelling messaging that resonates with potential clients. Your ability to qualify leads and initiate high-quality conversations will be key to your success in this role. You are comfortable working closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Partner teams to build strong opportunities in key target accounts. You understand the importance of adhering to KPIs and can balance competing priorities effectively.
Experience in sales or business development is a plus, especially within the tech industry. Familiarity with CRM systems and prospecting tools will help you hit the ground running. You are a team player who enjoys collaborating with others to achieve common goals and drive results.
In this role, you will be responsible for outbound outreach into enterprise accounts, qualifying inbound leads, and generating quality meetings with various levels of employees. You will build account plans in collaboration with your Account Executive, ensuring that all activities are logged and categorized in our CRM. Your role will involve articulating and selling Fivetran’s value proposition to prospects, demonstrating how our solutions can support their business goals. You will also be expected to adhere to your inbound and outbound KPIs, ensuring that you manage your time effectively while balancing competing priorities.
