SpaceX is hiring a Starlink Enterprise Account Manager for their Maritime division to manage enterprise customer relationships and ensure successful activation of Starlink services. This role requires strong customer service skills and experience in account management.
You have a proven track record in account management, ideally with experience in managing enterprise customers. You are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients is key to your success in this role. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at managing multiple accounts simultaneously. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively convey complex information to diverse stakeholders. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for problem-solving, ensuring that customer needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Experience in the maritime industry or with satellite communications is a plus. Familiarity with technical products and the ability to understand customer requirements in a technical context will help you excel in this role. A background in sales or business development can also be beneficial, as it will enhance your ability to identify growth opportunities within your accounts.
As the Starlink Enterprise Account Manager for Maritime, you will act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise customers. You will own the customer relationship from contract signature through successful activation, ensuring that all contract terms are fulfilled. Your responsibilities will include onboarding new customers, managing ongoing account activities, and fostering long-term relationships to drive retention and growth. You will closely manage customer interactions, providing support and guidance to help them leverage Starlink's unique products to meet their industry needs. You will also define and streamline processes to enable custom solutions to scale across the business, ensuring that customer service remains impeccable. Your role will involve collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance the customer experience, ultimately contributing to the overall success of the Starlink Enterprise Account Management team.
