WPP is seeking an Analyst - Treasury to manage day-to-day treasury operations, ensuring efficient cash flow and accurate financial reporting. This role requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
You are an entry-level professional with a keen interest in finance and treasury operations. You possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail, which are essential for managing cash flow and financial reporting. While not required, any experience or coursework related to finance, accounting, or treasury management would be beneficial. Familiarity with financial reporting tools or software is a plus, as is a basic understanding of cash management principles.
In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of treasury operations at WPP. You will prepare and share daily cash position reports with operational and regional teams, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed of the current cash balances. You will manage fund flow and cash flow, which includes overseeing loan disbursements, payments, rollovers, and follow-ups. You will also collaborate with the Payments and Collection teams to share bank debits and credits, ensuring smooth financial operations.
Your role will involve accounting for and approving transactions, which requires a meticulous approach to financial reporting. You will work closely with your team to ensure compliance with internal controls and regulations, contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.
