What you'll do

In this role, you will lead and support financial planning processes, including monthly close, forecast cycles, and annual planning across key business areas, particularly focusing on R&D. You will partner with various business units to understand financial performance and support strategic decision-making. Your responsibilities will include tracking and forecasting investment areas such as headcount, software, contracted services, and other operating expenses. You will analyze spending trends, identify risks and opportunities, and deliver insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Collaboration is key in this position, as you will work closely with recruiting and people operations teams on compensation analysis and headcount planning. You will maintain financial models and dashboards, ensuring they are up-to-date and reflective of the current business landscape. Your role will also involve supporting automation and continuous improvement efforts to enhance FP&A processes and reporting efficiency.
