Asana is seeking a Head of Product Marketing to lead their product marketing team and drive strategic positioning and messaging. You'll work closely with Product Management and Revenue leadership to shape market share in B2B software. This role requires strong leadership and collaboration skills.
You have extensive experience in product marketing, ideally within the B2B software space, and have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams. Your strategic mindset allows you to define and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies that drive growth and adoption across various market segments. You excel at creating clear positioning and messaging that resonates with both individual users and large organizations. You are a collaborative leader who thrives at the intersection of product management and revenue generation, fostering partnerships that set new standards in the industry.
You possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to leverage market and customer insights to inform your strategies. In this role, you will own the product marketing strategy across both product-led and sales-led growth initiatives. You will define and scale Asana’s end-to-end product marketing strategy, ensuring that it aligns with the company’s overall objectives. Your responsibilities will include creating clear positioning and messaging that resonates with a diverse audience, from individual users to enterprise clients. You will partner closely with Growth and Product teams to accelerate activation, expansion, and retention through compelling messaging, product launches, and in-product experiences.
You will lead full-stack product marketing efforts, encompassing core disciplines such as positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy, and competitive intelligence. Your insights will drive the development of use-case and persona-based narratives that empower the sales team to effectively communicate value to potential customers. You will also be responsible for analyzing market trends and customer feedback to continuously refine and improve marketing strategies.
