In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily inventory processes at the Distribution Center, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures surrounding Inventory Control. You will measure inventory transaction integrity and provide feedback to operations and fulfillment teams to enhance accuracy. Collaborating with operations, you will develop procedures for warehouse management system inventory locations and identify root causes of inventory discrepancies through thorough analysis. You will lead and supervise inventory teams, evaluating their productivity and accomplishments while participating in cross-functional projects that impact inventory management. Your role will also involve promptly communicating any safety-related issues and concerns, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.
