In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of AWS data centers. You will be responsible for performing in-depth hardware and network diagnostics, followed by physical repairs as necessary. You will collaborate with a team of engineers and specialists to support all AWS data centers, ensuring that servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment are functioning optimally. You will also participate in an on-call rotation, responding to incidents and ensuring that any issues are resolved quickly to minimize downtime. Your work will directly impact the reliability of cloud services that power millions of businesses worldwide.
