AppDirect is seeking a Customer Success Specialist focused on Retention to enhance customer engagement and reduce churn. You'll build strong partnerships and drive customer advocacy to ensure long-term success. This role requires a customer-focused mindset and experience in managing customer relationships.

You understand the importance of building strong partnerships and are committed to reducing churn through effective communication and advocacy.

You possess a strong analytical mindset, enabling you to derive insights from customer data and usage patterns. Your ability to capture feedback and champion customer needs internally makes you a trusted advisor to your clients. You are proactive in identifying risks and implementing action plans to retain and grow customer accounts. You are passionate about helping customers succeed and are motivated by the impact you can have on their long-term success.

Desirable

Experience in subscription-based services or SaaS environments is a plus. Familiarity with customer relationship management tools and data analysis techniques will enhance your ability to drive customer retention and expansion opportunities.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the end-to-end renewal process for assigned customer accounts, engaging proactively to ensure contract success. You will analyze customer usage and feedback to identify risks early and implement action plans to retain and grow accounts. As a trusted advisor, you will capture customer feedback and champion their needs internally, working to remove roadblocks to their long-term success.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that customer needs are met and that they receive the highest level of service. Your role will involve regular communication with customers to provide updates, gather insights, and foster strong relationships. You will also identify opportunities for expansion within existing accounts, leveraging your understanding of customer needs and market trends.
