Doctolib is seeking a Senior Key Account Manager to lead the development of strategic hospital clients. You'll manage a portfolio of 70 hospitals, ensuring client satisfaction and driving revenue growth. This role requires strong relationship management skills and experience in the healthcare sector.
You have a proven track record in account management, particularly within the healthcare sector, and possess strong interpersonal skills that allow you to build lasting relationships with clients. Your experience includes managing complex client portfolios and driving revenue through upselling and cross-selling strategies. You are adept at conducting business reviews and providing strategic recommendations based on data analysis, ensuring that your clients receive tailored solutions that meet their needs.
You thrive in collaborative environments and have experience coordinating with various internal teams, including support, product, and technical teams, to ensure successful project deployment and client satisfaction. Your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executives, is a key strength that you bring to the role. You are passionate about improving healthcare access and are motivated by the impact your work has on the industry.
Experience in digital health solutions or hospital management systems would be a significant advantage. Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools is also beneficial, as is a background in data analysis to support your strategic recommendations.

You will orchestrate the deployment of complex solutions, coordinating with internal teams to manage projects related to system integration and adoption. Your ability to navigate the intricacies of hospital operations will be crucial as you work to ensure that clients successfully implement and utilize Doctolib's offerings. You will also play a key role in identifying opportunities for expansion within existing accounts, leveraging your understanding of client needs and industry trends to propose innovative solutions.
